Executive Search in India: While India is still to catch up with the west in term sof using search firms for their recruitment purposes, Eastern Europe, India and China, are among the emerging markets for the executive search industry. The search and recruitment market is close to Rs 3000 crores and expected to double in three years. Firms usually have two means to recruit- their in-house HR department and search/ placement firms. Recently organizations have started using social media as well as internal referrals for a lot of their hiring needs. While attrition continues, the talent crunch and lack of employability also remains concern areas.

We, at Spearhead Intersearch, believe that research is what makes us stand out from our competitors. Over the years we have developed highly structured and customized research capabilities. Our market scan identifies not just candidates who are already looking for a new role, but those who are relevant but not looking out for a change. This ensures that the talent pool for every assignment has some of the best minds in the industry that the country has to offer.

We have improved upon our research capabilities with every passing year and every assignment. Now it consists of a mix of new age technology and social media with the tried and tested personal touch of meetings and video conferencing. The use of various media, including social media cannot be bypassed in todays world. We were one of the first search firms to integrate social media is our research and search practices. Our communications team members are social media experts in their own right.
